How much time does a move in/out cleaning normally take?

Normally, a move in/out cleaning takes anywhere from 6 to 16 hours depending on the size of the house. However, much larger homes may take longer

Moreover, we always send a team of cleaners to reduce the overall required time to complete the job.

(e.g 10 man hours of cleaning will take 5 hours with two people)

How much does a move out/in cleaning costs?

We charge an hourly rate of $45.00/hour per cleaner for move in/out cleans.

INCLUDES:

– All supplies and tools

–  Licensed, bonded, insured, and WCB covered cleaning technicians, and exemplary customer service.

–  Access to your client hub where you can request new work or view your past invoices, quotes, pay invoices and much more

Note: You only pay for the time we work.

e.g If we quote the cleaning for 12 hours but it only takes 10, we will only invoice you for 10 hours.

We always quote higher, just in case the extra time is needed.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Yes and no.

You are welcome to be home while we clean, however, it is not mandatory. We can access the home with a key or a garage or a door code.

What is the best payment method?

We accept the following forms of payment:

1. Cheques payable to Queendom Cleaning Ltd.

2. Cash

3. E-transfers to payments@queendomcleaning.com

4. Credit card paid via your invoice

All payments are due within 2 business days of service completion. Accounts exceeding 45 days past due are sent for collection.

All new clients must submit a 25% deposit to book their first service with us. You can pay deposit via e-transfer (payments@queendomcleaning.com) or a credit card.

We always honour our service guarantee no matter what.
