What are the recurring service service frequency options?
We offer the following recurring service frequencies.
– Weekly cleaning
– Bi-weekly cleaning
– Every three weeks
– Monthly Cleaning
Also, you can set up a custom recurring service as well.
How much do your services cost?
We charge $50.00/hour per cleaners for all one-time office and commercial cleanings.
This Includes:
– All supplies and tools
– Licensed, bonded, insured, and WCB covered cleaning technicians, and exemplary customer service.
– Access to your client hub where you can request new work or view your past invoices, quotes, and receipts!
After one time cleaning, we charge a flat rate for all recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
This flat rate is specific to your space and can be determined with a quote! Contact us or fill out the form on the Quotes page!
Can we book an onsite quote?
Absolutely, please contact us and mention the available openings that work the best for you.

Is Queendom Cleaning insured and bonded?
You bet!
First of all, Queendom Cleaning Ltd. carries General Liability Insurance coupled with a Fidelity Bond through RSA Insurance.
Secondly, All of our employees are covered by WCB.
Lastly, Queendom Cleaning Ltd. holds a Tri-Municipal Business License.
What is the best payment method?
We accept the following forms of payment:
1. Cheques payable to Queendom Cleaning Ltd.
2. Cash
3. E-transfers to payments@queendomcleaning.com
4. Credit card paid via your invoice
All payments are due within 2 business days of service completion. Accounts exceeding 45 days past due are sent for collection.
All new clients are required to pay a 25% deposit to book their first service only. You can pay the deposit via e-transfer(to payments@queendomcleaning.com) or a credit card.
