In most cases, we provide all of the necessary cleaning tools and products for our cleaning needs. We offer day time, evening, and weekend commercial services.
We carry $2M general liability insurance and WCB.

Dusting electronics where safe to do so
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors and mats
Cleaning washrooms (polish sink and mirror, clean toilets completely and hand wash floors around them, doors, walls, counters, all dispensers, etc.

What are the recurring service service frequency options?

We offer the following recurring service frequencies
– Weekly cleaning
– Bi-weekly cleaning
– Every three weeks
– Monthly Cleaning

How much do your services cost?

All one time services (moving in or out, pre-listing, one time cleaning, etc.) and all first time cleans for new clients are charged at an hourly rate of $45.00/hour per cleaner.

*Includes all supplies and tools, licensed, bonded, insured, and WCB covered cleaning technicians, and exemplary customer service. You also get access to your client hub where you can request new work or view your past invoices, quotes, and receipts!

We welcome you to set a limit if needed or to create a priority list. We will never charge you for time we are not working on your property.

After that, all recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are charged at a flat rate that is specific to your home and can be determined with a quote! Contact us or fill out the form on the Quotes page!

Is Queendom Cleaning insured and bonded?

Queendom Cleaning carries General Liability Insurance coupled with a Fidelity Bond through RSA Insurace.

All of our employees are covered by WCB.

Queendom Cleaning holds a Tri-Municipal Business License.

What is the best payment method?

We accept the following forms of payment:

1. Cheques payable to Queendom Cleaning Ltd.
2. Cash
3. E-transfers to payments@queendomcleaning.com
4. Credit card paid via your invoice

All payments are due within 2 business days of service completion. Accounts exceeding 45 days past due are sent for collection.

Deposits can be paid via e-transfer or credit card. If you do not wish to pay a deposit or leave a card on file, cash or cheque payment must be waiting for the cleaner on arrival.

We always honour our service guarantee no matter what.
